Over the next few days, most of the Western World will be celebrating the Christmas holidays which means different things to different people. For me, the most important part of this time of year is time spent with the family. It is also a time to reflect on just how temporary things really are as older members of the family pass on and new ones come into the world. As we get older we better appreciate the value of time and living in the present moment whilst doing our best to enrich the lives of all we come in contact with or influence in some way.
It is so easy in modern times to get caught up in materialism and lose sight of the most important values of life, which are inner peace and good health.
In 2008 try to focus on enjoying the present whilst planning for the future. In so far as your health is concerned this means trying to become more aware of your lifestyle and diet and think of yourself as a delicate machine. Are you feeding it the correct fuel and ensuring that it doesn't get rusty and make you suffer a gear failure next year or next decade. Remember that every effect has a cause and nowhere is this truer than your own health.
I know that for many, 2008 will be a challenging year but if you maintain the right attitude all challenges will be overcome and you will end 2008 just a little wiser and enlightened.
To al our customers no matter where they are in the world, whether they celebrate Christmas or not I would like to thank you for your support, because without that I would not be able to continue to learn what makes us as human's 'tick'.
To those people who are readers of this blog but not yet a customer, I thank you for interest in this blog and for those people who have contributed by submitting comments, a further thank you. I do appreciate the comments even when they come from people who don't agree what I do. It would be a dull world if everyone agreed.
So...enjoy the Christmas break and may all...have a satisfying and fulfilling 2008.
