Lessons in Patience, Depression and Frustration!

One thing that I am pleased to say is that I have never suffered from depression!  However, I certainly feel for all those people who do experience depression and anxiety…and sadly there are a lot of them.  More about this shortly!

Nonetheless, I used to suffer from frustration…and plenty of it!  This was because there was never enough time to do what I wanted to do.  These ‘things’ mainly revolved around getting the time to get information out to customers and readers alike along with answering emails, and working with Prof. Dr. Munem in the development of new products and/or improving existing ones.

It would be easy to do all these things if my ‘services’ were not required in a multitude of other business matters which arise every day at all our facilities.

The biggest part of my frustration came from not being able to get the time to convey clearly the differences between our products and others on the market and to let people know that our philosophy is quite different from most other companies and our motivation and satisfaction comes not in the quest for money but rather in the doing the best we can to help people in their quest for best possible health.

If you read the article I did the other day in the blog on TV, prostate etc you will get an idea of the sort of detail that we sometimes have to give in order to help explain a point.

Anyway, what I wanted to let you know is that I have recently been able to eliminate the frustration that I have experienced in the past and I am now feeling calmer and more at peace than I ever have in my life.  This is not due to having more staff to delegate work to but a change within myself.

This change has been triggered off the knowledge that I got from a book called ‘The Power of Now’ by Eckhart Tolle.

In essence it shows you how time is irrelevant and that we all tend to live in the past or the future, but rarely right here and now.  There is no future, only now.

I have to tell you that it is the most enlightening book I have ever read!

Why do I raise this?

Well, I mentioned depression and anxiety before.  Now, as you may know we have an excellent product called Neuro-Natural Serenity and it is helping thousands of people combat depression and anxiety without the need for drugs.  It addresses nutritional deficiencies which many of us have and helps strengthen the nervous system and ‘feed’ the brain.

Like all supplement and drugs it doesn’t work on everyone, BUT..if the supplement was combined with the techniques in the book I mentioned above I am 100% convinced that the overwhelming majority of cases of depression and anxiety would be totally cured!

Even if you do not have a depression problem but always seem to be rushing and deep down feel that there is something missing in your life, or, you feel that you will be happy when you have achieved a goal that you set  then you should read this book.

All my life I have been guilty of taking the attitude ‘when I reach this goal I will be happy’.  In the interim postponement of real happiness takes place and everyone around me had to come ‘for the ride’ and when I achieved that goal then I would set another bigger one and so the ‘ride’ continues.

No more…happiness and inner peace is for today, not tomorrow!

So, there is my suggestion for today.  Go to your local book store or Amazon and order the book.  Who knows, you may find as I did that it was the best few dollars I ever spent.
