It's amazing what clever, but Dishonest Marketing can do?

There has been an ongoing saga for the last couple of years relating to Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals who become well known through their promotion of a product called Enzyte. You may remember them through the ‘Smiling Bob’, adverts.

The product was over hyped and many fraudulent claims were made.

However, it has all now come to an end and it would seem that justice has been done and Bob is not smiling any longer! But…this sort of activity damages the credibility of the industry as a whole not to mention the pockets of consumers.

Unfortunately it also provides ammunition to authorities to make it more difficult for genuine marketers and manufacturers to convey accurate and important info to consumers. I will expand on that comment further over the coming months.
