It is recommended that Xtend-Life Cholest-Natural is taken for at least 90 days, followed by a re-evaluation via blood testing to determine any changes in your cholesterol levels.

Protocol 1

To help balance your cholesterol levels naturally:

Product Quantity Per Day You need
Xtend-Life Cholest-Natural

2x soft gels, 1 x per day
to be taken with evening meal
1 bottle per month

NB: For severe cases the above recommended intakes may be doubled for up to 60 days. For only mildly elevated cholesterol, or following a positive 90 day blood test result, Total Balance and or Cardio-Klenz may be a good maintenance option as they contain Policosanol as well as other potent antioxidants that will help your heart.

Protocol 2

For more enhanced benefits you may add Total Balance to the above recommended protocol. This can help to protect and strengthen all your vital organs, including your heart, along with Omega 3/DHA Esters, which also greatly benefits heart and cardiovascular function:

Product Quantity Per Day You need
1. Xtend-Life Cholest-Natural

2x soft gels, 1 x per day
to be taken with evening meal
1 bottle per month
2. Xtend-Life Omega 3/DHA Esters 2 soft gels per day 1 bottle per month
3. Xtend-Life Total Balance 6 tablets per day 2 bottles per month

Protocol 3
You may wish to combine our general health Total Balance formula and Omega 3/DHA Esters if your cholesterol levels are only mildly increased. Total Balance contains Policosanol and other nutrients beneficial for cholesterol and may help to balance and maintain your levels in mild cases:
