A Pulmonary Function Test at the hospital in February 2003 (before using Xtend-Life products) showed a 45% increase in lung capacity after using Ventolin. A 10% increase indicates asthma. I was prescribed a puffer to be used for the rest of my life and told that I would never get my lung capacity back. "Hi Nicolien, I Just wanted to update you on my progress. After following your suggestions I have been able to continue taking Total Balance Men’s Plus. I don’t get the flushed response anymore and I make sure to take my last dosage by 2pm. I am taking the full dose of 6 tablets per day now.

"Since I’ve started taking Total Balance Men’s Plus and Omega 3/DHA Fish Oil Esters I’ve noticed my energy increase overall. I teach martial arts and I used to think that the only way I could be on the top of my game, in the zone if you will, was if I was on caffeine. Now I think clearer and quicker when I’m on the floor teaching and I feel as if I have a reserve of energy, which I can call upon at any time.
Other benefits I’ve noticed from taking the supplements have been that I no longer feel aches and pains anymore. "Here is another (admittedly anecdotal) witness. For years I have had particular sinus difficulty every spring, apparently related to grass pollen.
